 Terms and Conditions of Delivery

Shelley’s Land reserves the right to select the method of shipment.
We want to ensure that your purchases are received safely and as quickly as possible
while maintaining our low postage rates for you.

Postage within Australia

 FLAT RATE postage within Australia is offered to all orders for a rate of

*Does not apply to bulky or heavy items.
For these items, a heavy item surcharge will apply.

 If you would like to purchase an item that will fit into
a standard envelope, the shipping difference will be refunded back to you.

If you would prefer to receive a postage quote prior to purchase,
please contact the store.

Postage to New Zealand

Shelley’s Land also ships to New Zealand,
as postage can vary depending on the size and weight of the parcel,
we will need to quote individually for this service.
Please contact us if you would like a postage quote.

 Order Processing and Delivery Times

 Shelley’s Land prides itself on prompt processing and shipping of all orders. 
Most orders are shipped within 36 hours [unless there are items out of stock or delay in stock arrival at our distribution facilities].

Shelley’s Land makes every effort to ensure we have ample stock of all products available at all times.
However, it is sometimes impossible to predict demand and unforeseeable delivery delays from suppliers.
This occasionally leads to some items being out of stock.

 All orders are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. 
It is possible that you may place an item in your shopping cart as it is in stock but when it gets to our warehouse it is out of stock.
While we make every effort to have sufficient quantities available of all products to prevent this from occurring,
sometimes it is beyond our control.

 If the of stock item is due to be replenished within three working days we will hold your order until the item is received before posting.
If the out of stock item is not expected within three working days we will ship your order and you will need to reorder at a later date.
Unfortunately, due to the need for timely processing of all customer orders,
we are unable to hold back your order and advise you of any out of stock items prior to shipping.

 We have a ‘bricks and mortar’ shop at

Shop 3 / 16-18 Beverley Avenue,
Rochedale South.

You are welcome to visit our store. 
Monday to Friday from 9 am till 5 pm
on Saturday from 9 am till 4 pm.

 All prices shown on this website include Goods and Services Tax (GST) 
for deliveries within Australia.

 Credit Card & Paypal Payments

 Credit Card payments are done through a Secure payment system gateway.
Paypal payments are processed through Paypal.
No payment details are saved on our server or anywhere,
as we respect the privacy of our customers.


All goods are brand new and are packed carefully.
Goods found to have manufacturing defects will be replaced at no charge.
All claims must be approved for return prior to the return of the goods.
Claims for faulty stock must be reported to Shelley’s Land within three (3) days of the receipt of the order.

 Please e-mail us with any questions about the return of your item. 
Be sure to include your order number and e-mail address with any correspondence.

 All items returned are subject to individual inspection.
Any item found not to be our product or not showing a manufacturing defect will not be allowed.

The customer is responsible for the return of faulty goods to us, including any costs incurred in the return of such goods.
A copy of the relevant invoice must accompany returned items.

Shelley’s Land cannot accept any liability for damage or loss of goods returned to us whilst in transit.
Any returns arriving COD or collect will be refused.
